Kings usually stack up off of Oak Orchard right after Labor Day, so I'd expect the same down at Burt. My guess would be a mid-September fish.
For size comparison, this female went 24, and was caught September 2nd, 2003.

Wow Chucker if that fish was 24# then I think that king broke the 30# mark
