Started drawing up a design for Christmas train sets. Gonna build 3 for presents.

Ho ho ho!
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Found the new feeder
It’s a Hairy not a Downey. Haven’t seen the downeys yet. They come in pairs.

The birds have been feeding like it’s thanksgiving dinner.
The flock

The bluebird jail (keeps the starlings out)

They all love the heated water dish

The neighborhood bully

Love our feathered family.

More train progress.

Cars are all built, firewood is loaded. I’ll be making reindeer and Santa’s next.

Very mice holiday ideas.

I can’t let my Bride in the wood shop. One of the trains is for her. She’s pretty good about not peeking.

Thought I’d share some of the wood shop mayhem.
Santa train pieces and parts

Leftover pile….#4

Lathe has been busy

Drill press is always busy.

And if that isn’t enough stuff going on, my Daughter commissioned me to make two luxury leather collars for her English Cream Retrievers. They’re service dogs and she wants dress collars for when they visit hospitals and such.

Waiting on a couple tools, dye and top coat.

Gotta clean AGAIN tomorrow.

Amazing mess is what it is Ben. My Son is coming over tomorrow to coach me on painting the trains. He’s the real artist in my family. He takes photos of people and dogs and does incredible  pencil drawings of them. He’s been painting and drawing since he was a little kid. Very talented.
