Finally fished for the first time in what feels like months. Between work and water in my basement from these storms I haven't had much free time. I figured with the storms coming in last night along with some warmer weather that fish would be chewing. I got a bite on my first drift but the rust was present and I missed the hookset. I got the fish on the third cast and turned out to be a 14" rainbow. I got a smaller one downstream and then truck hopped down further. This spot I haven't fished in a while but seemed loaded with fish. I caught 4 more bows in the 13-15" range. Stupidly hadn't retied and broke of a much larger brown. Always the one that gets away that keeps ya coming back.
