I'm trying to clean out my freezer. Before it goes to fertilizer , anybody want some. Smelts and Mackeral.  8)

Not yet. I had my steer killed on tuesday, my half dressed out at 275, I killed my pigs wed. They dressed 178 -182 with head, hide ,feet, and fat l taken off.  And I have  27 meat birds going on friday. They should see 7-10lbs. each. Hopefully there is room left for a deer or two , if I can scrape one up. 8)

I think i will. Might have to make one more trip offshore to get some more fish.  hopefully the end of this month.8)
