Title: Vertical Jigging Muskie

Have you tired it yet. I bet this same technique will even work on northern pike in some areas. But check this out from the pioneer of this technique Jon Bondy.

we used to motor around just off deep weededges and look for big suspended marks in June and early July and then drop a jig to them, most times it would be a decent pike, but we've caught bass, drum, and walleyes doing it too.

ive got some doing this in the lakes w/ big tubes. find the depth the baitfish are schooling and jig just above them. no hits after a few minutes, move on to another school.
