spinner baits, most people use them for bass fishing .
I could see this tactic working great for pike , The ones around my area are zoned right in on any thing chartreuse, I never trolled but I cast for them , I put a chartreuse ribbon tail worm on for a trailer and really got some action, I might try that rig with the troll and see what happens
