I was fond of the color as well.  If he would have been 22" I would have put him on the wall.  As is, I am thinking of having my buddy do a reproduction of the fish after he finishes my pike.

You getting that pike done that you posted on the shanty? Should get it done looking like it's chasing the the trout.

Yes I am.  She wasn't the hog that yours was (only 37" and about 13 or so pounds) but my buddy was looking for an opportunity to fine tune his pike skills so I am actually getting it done for free:)  She won't be chasing that trout, but she will be chasing a 12" perch I caught back in January...

My Dad's two buddies who are brothers fish the Madison a ton.  They have actually gone fist to cuff with 2 fly fishermen on the Madison.  One fly fisherman told the younger one he was in his hole and told him he needed to move out or suffer the consequences.  Our buddy told him to take a hike and the guy swung at him... he regretted it later when he was unconscious on the bank after a return punch that knocked him out cold quicker than a guy could blink.  This guy is a retired Olympic weight lifter weighing in about 235lbs...  I never have gotten it... fishin is fishin to me.  I enjoy both methods and have never felt that one was higher than the other... guess I need to get with the program and chose a side huh ;) ::)
