Real nice trout, you have a nice "honey hole", keep it to yourself and don't over fish it. Small ponds like that can be fished out easily. :)

Just so everyone knows I did not break any laws to obtain these fish.  Yes it is a limit of 5.  And this is a small pond out in the middle of the woods that supplies a small stream that runs behind my house.  I got curious because we catch nice 7-8 inch brookies from this stream so we ventrured to the source to find it absolutly great fishing.  There is no stock truck making here and very few people will carry the canoe to the pond but I will for fish like this.

The guy is guilty before innocent...
Nice catch on the trout....native or not !!
agreed...come on guys.  law book says 5 is the limit.  if you are going to eat them all the more power to you.
now if he held up a stringer like that of sebago salmon we would have something to complain about ;D

I wasn't questioning legality, just curious is all. A little jealous that I don't have awesome fishing like that which I know of, however.

This catch of trout fed my family of 5 and I was also able to give 2 each to 2 older gentleman who no longer are able to go catch fish but sure have in the past and still love to eat them along with some fiddleheads; which I will also provide them, that is once they emerge from the ground.  I have several "holes" I can fish during the work weak but look forward to catching big salmon from the boat best.

Went to a small hole nite and got 4 small brookies about 8 inches released them all for next year.
