Not bad at all but im still not gonna pay as a non resident that is still to much money.
For those who haven't already been made aware of this, the CT legislators finally came to their senses and reduced license fees for both resident and non-resident licenses. The highly controversial 100% fee increase has been lowered to a much more acceptable level. However, if you have already bought hunting or fishing licenses/permits, there is no provision in the new legislation for a refund. In short, you're SOL.
