Well made it out Monday, day was slow to begin.  Started around noon.  First fish of the day was a cat in about 3 fow.  About an hour and a half before dark the crappie started.  We ended up catching 22 crappie and 2 catfish. All released.  Not to bad for a first outing.  Crappie where between 7 and 12" with most around 9 or so.  Mainly males.

Went out last night to try and catch a walleye.  Ended up catching 6 nice crappie and a big blue gill all on a flicker shad.  All in all was a pretty good evening of fishing.

Well here is my weekend fishen report. Friday morning went out with a buddy, ended up catchin 4 walleye between the two of us.  Keep 2 that where 17 & 18".  Then the rest of the day went huntin for crappie.  Caught 2 that would have been keepers, about 11 inch. Both released.  Saturday morning went back after crappies again, ended up catch our 3 man limit in 2 hours that day.  Cleaned all them, they where all males.  Sunday went to a different lake to try our luck on crappie.  Caught 4 11 inchers in the morning then shift to yet another lake and ended up with 2 more 12 inchers.  Monday went out in the AM and caught a bunch of little males that where about 7 inch.  All released.  Tuesday morning went out and caught as many gills as you could handle, 1 crappie, 1 large mouth and 1 nice white.  All them released also.  Had a good weekend of fishin.
