Went out to Maskentine about noon on Sunday the 11th. Fished some of the rippap on the north end, had a strike on a Senko but missed it. Tried futher down the bank but no action . So back to where had the tap on the Senko, two casts later had a pickup and swim off. Set the hook and lo and behold a 5# plus largemouth. A very good way to start the year.
