Anybody know if the north end is open enough to launch a boat yet.

Ran up to the north boat launch. Lake is a little low. Had to have waders to launch the boat. Lake is about a third ice free. Had a.new boat out so only fished for an hour after playing around for a while. Caught three trout and missed four more.  All on spoons while trolling.

Killed it yesterday. Eight trout and a whitefish in two and a half hours. Lake completely open.

Nope. And the lake raises to 8 inches after the launch.

Fished from 11the to 4the yesterday. Caught three in half an hour. Than it slowed down. Caught a two pound graying off of rainbow point. Been fishing there for years and never caught one in that lake.

Went out for three hours this morning. Caught only three trout but lots of other people were doing well. Was having a relaxing time and didn't really bother experimenting. All the fish were rather large and fought well. Wind came up at 1130 and we left moments later.
