Nice seeing you rugburn and dacker, great weather day even if they had not been biting.

Right back at you SNAG, nice day for sure. I didn't get around to socialize as much as I would have liked, but the open water fishing this time of year had me captivated. A friend I brought up was handing it to me, as I struggled with the noodle rod. I had zero feel with my setup, consequently I dumped the few I hooked. Thoroughly enjoyed the outing, learned a lot. The guy just down stream from us shared a horrific tale of going through the ice into a gas hole, loosing all his gear and wheeler to boot. Gives one a new sense of respect. Great job on the fish guys!

I had to scrape the ice off the windshield of the boat to see where I was going yesterday morning.  ;D

Yo Snagger,

Nice fatty bud. you too Jake.  Freddy Dave and Sheldon. Well done by all. I was afraid it was going to be a mad house at that end so I launched out at Mill Street and got some exercise rowing out to 22 feet. Got a couple of bumps but no meat.  I will fish with the pros next time. Sorry I missed you Dom. I had a good day just getting out. I believe in psychology they call that "sublimation."
