Good job getting some numbers chief - tells me they're stacked up somewhere out there. Been getting limits but not big numbers.

I got out last night - fished from 7:30 to 9:30 - fish seemed scattered caught 4 eyes spread over about 3/4 mile. Caught the last 2 trolling shallow after sunset.   I haven't been snagging nearly as many gobbies yet like last year, maybe they get more active when the water warms - not complaining though.  I have marked some pretty huge bait schools - I think they're small perch, eyes have been full of them, only a few gobbies in their stomachs so far.

I'm good Freddy, caught my fill last year.

The gobbies are going to drive us crazy when jigging. They had an expert on gobbies at OLA's Annual Meeting. The guy said when they peak they can reach numbers of 90 per square meter - that is amazing, the bottom will look like a gobbie carpet. This guy said they usually peak about 6 years after they get into a lake, something to look forward to!

Yo Chrony,

Been down a bit this week. The Larson got another shot of SeaFoam to clean the carb out. Should be ready to go. I will call you on the first day the wind is up. ;D ;D ;D

Fished last 2 nights from my boat with a buddy of mine. Thursday night only managed one out deep then one in shallow after dark. Last night my buddy got one deep then we came in and schooled the eyes after dark. We hooked 15 and landed 10. What a blast. That fire was unreal. We watched it from 6:30 until 1am. You could see the orange glow of the fire and huge smoke plume that stretched across the lake towards Jewell. I took some pics of the fire as well, but they were pretty grainy due to the low light when I snapped them.
Nice job findin em
