I give everyone credit who fished the GSLFF contest yesterday, it was not a nice day out there. I did go down for the weigh in. Biggest walleye 21 inches, biggest bass 18 and there were No trout entered....h2l

Tough fishing in that wind.  Couple keepers, few shorts, lot of small bass.

Good job bauls25 when your old and retired like me, you don't fish that rough stuff anymore.

It was a good week to be without the Jeep. The weather has sucked. They did call yesterday afternoon and I get the Jeep back this morning, just in time for the weekend, hot weather and end of school. Should be getting out on the lake next week to see how the fishing is.....h2l

Slow day for me - one short- Did not get out till early afternoon and a lot of boat traffic. Do you guys usually try to get out early or late for better fishing- on like that for Saratoga for sure.

I've always liked the morning. Launched at 6am today and by 8:30 the bite I found had disappeared. I also like to get there early and try to be off by 11 before the launches turn into a zoo
