What's On The Table For New Years Eve?
« on: Dec 31, 2019, 05:12 PM »
Tonight I made homemade Agnolotti, scallops and shrimp sautéed in garlic butter sauce and finished with Homemade Alfredo sauce and steamed broccoli.

I'm addicted to pasta making. Venturing into the stuffed pastas is so much fun.  It's a  good thing I don't make Alfredo but once a year. The stuff is so rich and  delicious that there's no argument it will kill you.

Oh yeah...add in a loaf of my artisan bread. ( we had so much we didn't even cut into it.)

 Sooooooo good!

If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

We had a nice oriental salad and shrimp cocktail.

Shared a bottle of wine and now I’m sipping some Bushmills single malt that Jeff bought me for Xmas.

Now watching the Sabres game.

Nice!!
