Yes sir.  I stopped keeping them many years ago when I stopped buying my commercial rod and reel license from Mass.  That and theres hardly any slot fish where I go!  Good problem to have.

Will do.  I use to get into those surfcasting montauk, specifically shagwong.  Now I tend to miss them drifting eels at night.  Daughter and I are headed out tomorrow am. 

Im looking forward to fishing some montauk blitzes in october from the boat.
