Caught a decent eye on chatauqua ice this past feb... after years of catching eyes I dont have 1 on the wall.. decided this guy was the first.. not a monster but a nice fish

Gotta love them rockies .  For some reason they get a bad rap and I do not know why.  In years past, I would try to hide the fact that I caught one and slide him back in unnoticed. That however has changed and I think they make very respectable table fare. They are especially good when caught in cold water.  Like most fish I guess .
