the 4/1 fireline is so thin that it definitely doesn't need a flouro leader. I've caught lots of walleyes in mid-day sun in ultra-clear water with it.

I love that ironsilk, green for no spook clear water fishing, and spiderline braided for fish in lakes that are murky and don't care. Either one works for me.
