How do i make this pic smaller?

I've tried to make this smaller for about 3 hours now :-[ I'm using photobucket and tried editing it there and can get it to the right size but when i copy and paste it here it stays big?

I think that size isn't bad at all. The pictures displays quick too.

Thanks Camo I'm still trying to figure this out that first pic was huge when I viewed it now it is the right size I'll try another pic.
