Author Topic: Family fishing/camping weekend on Holter June 8, 9, & 10, 2012 (Read 4301 times)

I am setting up the Family weekend on Holter for June 8-10. I have a couple of prizes to give away, one for the kids and one for the adults. I'm going to try and get up on Wednesday or Thursday and set up camp at Log Gulch. If you are interested in a spot, I would watch your camper for you if you come up early. I know some people have expressed interest in tent camping in the canyon also.

I would like the interested parties to respond to this post with the number of people in you party as I will be planning a group dinner and meet and great (at no cost to anyone but myself) for every involved for Friday night. I will also do a drawing for the adult and kids gifts at the dinner.

Camping up in the Canyon. Jules works til 5 on Friday, so probably won't be to the lake until 7-7:30.........and will have to shag up the canyon to get set up before dark.

Don't count on me 100%, but if I can swing it: Brandon-1 adult, possibly 1 child. No guarantee though.

I'll be on the lake that weekend and most every weekend this summer.

I have a cabin across from Ox Bow Bend.

Stop in for a beverage if you care to.

Kids always welcome too, I have two.

Pretty easy to find and it's just downstream a half mile or so of the Indian Trails Bar (the boat-to only one).

Picked up 8 eyes and 3 bows with a bonus carp yesterday. Dinner and gift draw is at 6:30. Spots 19 and 21 at Log Gulch.
