Eagle Seafinder 320

OK, did an impulse buy (actually, my wife gave me the green light so I had to act quick before she changed her mind! I wonder what this will cost me later?) It is an Eagle Seafinder 320 duel freq. w/temp/speed. I've never used one before and was wondering if I made a good purchase for $200 or if I should opt for another brand. I mostly fish freshwater, no more than 70ft depth. Occasionally hit the rivers during striper runs. Any users of this model please give me some tricks so I can avoid getting irritated. Thanks

That looks like a real good unit.500 rms watts and duel frequency. Can't ask for much more except color. That's got plenty of power for fresh and saltwater.
