Title: Heading back to RI!

Hey guys. Next month I'll be moving back to Rhode Island. I've been looking at maps and such and picked out a few spots close to where I'll be living I'd like to kayak fish.
Question-
Are there any kayak bass clubs or competitions? I'm not really setup or experienced in saltwater fishing but would like to target trout and bass. Any leads would be appreciated.

Not sure but I would definitely join you kayak fishing. I have a few buddies that do it as well so we can do a tourney on our own.
