This afternoon there were only a couple of spots with 5-8ft of open water. Mostly none or 2 ft. I walked out on ice, which you can still do in alot of places without a plank, but the top frozen snow is starting to fall apart. Iced fished the island last Sun and Mon, 19-20in of solid ice away from shore then. Near 70 today so things will change fast.
