so is the ice off? how far is it from shore? fishable from the bank yet? My father in law hasn't been over by the lake lately so just wondering if someone on here has....

i was there last wed and it not very far off the bank look like to me a couple of weeks . look at sugarloaf and blue herion  just was trying for the last ice trip . Will have to be next year i think

Hey Kill-switch,

There is no option to use a photobucket file on mine.  I can only use the ones that are pre-loaded.  Maybe it is limited to a number of posts before that becomes active.

I talked to Tackle Tom's today.  He said there is some open water near the inlet and outlet and that there is "some" open water near Sugar Loaf boat ramp, but that most of the lake is still pretty frozen.  Sounds like we better give it another week or two.  Dang!  It sounds like I could have hit the ice a few more times!
