Fired up the grill for our first dinner at camp. Ribeye steaks, roasted taters, and baked Vidalia onions. Perfect end to a good day.

Back home tonight so I fired up one of my Weber charcoal grills and did some Fireman's chicken and roasted hot peppers. Early shot.


Done.

Bacon wrapped Boston Butt Roast on the rotisserie.


Has bout an hour to go. And yea that’s a gas grill. My good friend next door gave it to me. Only thing I like about it is cooking on the rotisserie. Easier to control the temperature. Other than that, it’s charcoal and my Weber for me.
