The permits are to access the lakes that the regional water authority owns,Saltonstall, has nice big walters in it, the best time to catch them is at dark, they chase you out at sunset.

Walleye is on my list for this year aswell,
though i live relitivley close to batt so im going to be hitting it hard this year hopefully
will try to keep you guys updated on what and where they're hitting
