Title: trico fshing tricks for catching trout

I love trico fishing for trout but find it a continuous challenge. What I have learned that helps the most is to  fish with a trico that matches the hatch. In order to see the fly easier(likely size 22 or smaller)  my buddy ties me a "tilt" winged trico so that one wing acts  as a parachute!  What is your secret for catching willy trout on the trico?

Black caddis nymphs!  I generally do very poorly during that hatch.
