fished delta last night 5 nice perch and one bullhead not to great yet.
Since there is six times as much water as there is land any man can plainly see that the good lord intended for man to fish six times as much as he works-

Smelt work pretty good too.   ;)  You can find frozen ones in certain grocery store seafood freezer sections.  I've had nights where they would barely tap a nightcrawler...put those smelt on and you can't even run two rods.  I learned this, by accident, quite a few years ago.  I decided to fish last minute and the baitshop was closed.

Nothing biting off shore now in Cayuga where I caught quite a few a week and a half ago. The water temp is only 39 degrees now and it was 46. That must be the reason.
