NY sea-grant put out a new trout salmon guide http://www.seagrant.sunysb.edu/glsportfish/pdfs/SalmonTrout-LakeOntario2012.pdf or if your by the lake:
The guide is printed on waterproof, tear-resistant paper and can fit in a typical tackle box. It's available at various Sea Grant educational events along the lakeshore.

Looks pretty good, has the juvenal ID too.
