I was foolish enough to go out in the rain. The fish didn’t mind but I got pretty soaked. I had to earn my final fish. Think I missed 6-7 in a row before I finally got the last one.

Ended up with 2 last evening and couldn't believe the number of hits without hooking up I had. Changed lures several times to see if they'd actually open there mouth but didn't matter could only get bit on a storm JR stick. All alone where I was and yes it rained.

A friend and I got out tonight and found an early bite. They were hitting while it was still light out. Unlike Sun night most of the hits stayed attached as well. I went for a nice refreshing dip at one point (think I saw a crayfish while I was under water).

Good job on the eyes FS and company
Many of us get wet once in a while, long as you weren’t hurt that’s what counts

Just my pride was hurt filet  ;).  My bud Chris sure seemed to enjoy my swim more than I did.   He was laughing all night and on the ride home. Lol

Oh he() I’ve looked goofy many times over the years 😀, earlier this year I took a tumble in my buds boat got hit broad side by a wave just as I stepping down into the cockpit and got slammed into the walk through wind-shield and busted  11th rib , didn’t even notice until my hip stopped hurting, Xrayed  7 weeks later lol , guess I’m a little dense 😜

Ouch filet - that sounds like it hurt!!                              Two of us got out tonight and we each caught one keeper. As soon as you think you have them figured out, you don’t. We had a nice chop coming in, grey sky’s and rain. Seemed like a perfect walleye night.  There’s always tomm!!                                                                        Good luck PP!!
