I've got some frozen catfish from the spring. Any good recipes that don't require deep frying? Thanks

we had some sort of white sausages on the grill - really good.
A tossed salad and finished up some leftover zitti and sauce.
Easy and was really satisfying.

And I had a chocolate chip cookie and some chicken corn.

We went to the local farmer’s market and picked up a few veggies.
Made a nice batch of beef stew with them.
I have some garbanzo bean ziti pasta I’ll boil up to toss in at the end in place of potatoes.
House smells killer!

Grilled cheese :-\

Still getting over a bought of flu I guess. Way better today, but way behind on sleep.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.

Yeah….just flu. Doc says I’ll live.
