hi all, I have been a long time member of Ice shanty, since I have lived in Maine.. However, I am being stationed at Ft. Bliss, El Paso, as a medical resident in the hospital, but I was wondering how the open water fishing is down there.. Anything that is of any worth, and wont get me in trouble with Border Patrol?
