When is the last time anyone has posted on techniques about how to master the all elusive.....white perch? Just don't want them ever so serious Maine guys showing us Yankees up!

well  fm i don't  like giving up  sercet knowledge   but   try  tieing two  hooks on and a sinker  (like a  bullhead rig)  break a night crawler in half  and  bait  both hooks  ...next the tricky  part  toss it out  and pour a coffee ....  generally  leave  lid open on cooler  to  insert fish   as it saves  time!

The wife, son and I slayed them white perch tonight.  Montezuma.  Trap, you are wasting crawler, we were getting them on quarter and even eighths of worms. Ended up keeping 32 whites and 4 'heads.  Fished about 6-830. Caught more different kinds of fish in one spot than I think I ever did.  Had a great time.

very   cool  skid  glad  you  had a good  time  you  can   honestly  catch  them on anything    even cut bait  when there  thick  , i like  using the  flyrod  on them  to  they  become  extremly aggressive  and  a  good  with perch  puts  up a great fight  for  himself

there  great   to  take  kids  to  catch ,  very  simple   and ther  show a good  fight  for  themselfs  ,  as  far  as  table  far  they  taste  like  any othere  panfish to  me
