heres a full-proof method: take a dart board, put a map of central new york over it, and throw a dart onto it.  which ever lake, river, or pond you hit/are closest to, try there.  you will do well ;D ;D
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there\\\\\\\'d be a shortage of fishing poles
