Met up with cb today and we got into quite a few fish! We ended up with a little bit of everything and I got this 3+ lb lmb! Cb got a nice bass as well

Grats, nice fish. Lm bass are a blast to catch, especially on top water. Any good places in wyoming, near casper to find them?

Took the wife and kids to stay the night with the in-laws. I stopped at the Cheyenne lakes for a bit and got these

are the bass over there in the cheyenne lakes chasing any fast hardbaits....or are people only catchin em on plastics workin them slow? just curious...thanks.

Yes and no the first day we woke up at four and got to our lake after sunrise fished three hours with no luck switched to another lake and fished an hour or so with no luck and the wind was gusting up to sixty at times so it was pretty miserable but we found a place out of the wind with some structure and i put on a jig with a grub and jigged it through and caught one and after that it was one after the other. Between my brother and i we caught around thirty nothing huge but all very healthy. biggest was 17 inches. i will post pics later.
