Ole, you are definatly right about the boat not needing to cost alot.  I am into mine just a bit above 3k.  That includes the new engine it needed as well as the trolling motor i bought for it.

With the boat being cheaper it allows me to buy other toys for it.

Another reason for the elite 5 is that it is a great ice fishing finder also.

I put a hot maps premium in my HDS5 works good. It does not have Ocean or Bull on iy.
