Haven’t made ice cream in quite a while. My Daughter gave me an attachment  for our KitchenAid. Works great. Just not on my menu these days.

Tots casserole is in the oven. Added more mushrooms, onions, garlic (of course) and some diced red bell peppers.

Steaks next door.
The 2 guys there are retired priests.
They invited us to their place for a small Superbowl party before the game.
It's really windy and only about 70 today.
Should be fun.

Added Bob’s garlic, onions, orange bell peppers, can of mushrooms, and some Worcester sauce.

Forgot the canned peas.  So we heated them and added them on the plate.

Well, don’t hurt yourself. Wrap it up and I’ll get in the car. You’re only 2 1/2 hrs away.

Some baked chicken, German potato salad and steamed spinach tonight.

My daughter Kelly is visiting.
She is making some sort of chicken pasta dish.  I will make a nice tossed salad to go with it.

Those ribs look like they will be good.
