Soft Jerks For Walleyes

Anyone ever have much luck on flukes or senkos or other jerks for walleyes? I've seen my dad catch a fair share on them.
I think if you can fish it deep and slow enough, that they would work.

I've caught walleyes on 5" senkos that were t-rigged with a 1/8 ounce worm weight, i've also caught eyes on plastic worms rigged the same way. I know of people that fish bucktail jigs tipped with flukes for eyes, and have done well.

My last eye was caught on the yammomoto "Kreature. He was texas with a bullet weight tip. To our surprise the only other eye caught that day was also on soft jerk tube...mind you we were not fishing for eyes
