Title: HELP Planning a fishing trip to the DC area with my boat 18' w/115

Planning a fishing trip in late sept. 2012 and wanting to fish the chessapeak bay area, know very little about salt water fishing, i'm from the great lakes area. whats biting at that time of year and whatever info. you can provide would help.
