Anyone know of any smelt been in river for dipping at artpark been and gone ? Or not yet

I had one guy mention to me they were in three days ago.  I just don’t have the energy for that long night drive anymore.

Just a rumor, heard they are in and thick enough they are getting them during the day. Its not my things but 2nd hand info, good source.
