I ran out of fish    but have gobs of tomatoes.  Vodka Penne with roasted tomatoes.

Anyone ever heard of corn cob jelly  ? Some people call it vegan honey.  Made a batch the other day and it's very good.  Almost has an apple honey taste. I can't explain it but I like it

Did bacon cheese burgers over lettuce with guacamole and silver sweet corn last night ,very good !
Anniversary today probably some type of seafood dish ( wife loves shrimp and lobster)
