Made jalapeno/walnut zucchini bread last night 5 jalapenos in the loaf with seeds ,nice bite we just ate whole loaf!

Summer squash rounds and zucchini sticks. I also did a bunch of baby beets and greens to go with it. I also made my first batch of bacon jam. OMG is that stuff good. My cardiologist will frown on it, but I won't be doing it every day....Maybe.

Omelette with home made salsa tonight. Ham, peppers and mushrooms. Can’t believe i didn’t have any onions.

I finished about half of that. Good lunch tomorrow.
