I've been going to some local area lakes looking for White bass. Finding a few and some small ones, several largemouth mixed in. The real surprise was the gills, they were feeding mixed in with the White bass and hit the same fly.

Nice catch. What depth were you finding gills?

For sheer action, it's hard to beat fishing the "jumps". In a normal year we are about two
weeks away. Hard to say this year. We have yet to see fireflies or cottonwood seeds...
