I havent been out too much yet this year- still waiting for the big "thaw"..
Checked out Eena last nite and is castable from the shore but still lotsa soft slush stuff- guessin 3 days..
Still havent caught any monsters... But hopefully soon

Went out west this weekend and got lakers. 10lb was biggest, few around 6-8 lbs...

Ya hopefully by the long weekend all the hatches will be in full bloom around local lakes..



Got back out again today- again just small ones- no lunkers yet..
We managed 8, so fishing is picking up, this evening the fish were rising so there are a few hatches starting to happen...

I'm leaving from down south today fished for 3 days.  Biggest was 4lb rainbow i'll post some pics when I get back.

I've been out a bit.  The bite is usually fantastic at ice off, and this year was the same.
