Here's one for my Hockey loving friends. It's the Rocket on his backyard ice rink last February.
Just so you know, I didn't just give up a goal as the pitcure indicates

So what you are saying is that if the NHL season doesn't get off the ground this winter...we can all visit your backyard rink and watch you play to get in our hockey fix???  :whistling:

37'x63'. That shoudl keep me happy for the winter ;)

There's a funny storie behind the Keg (Rink) The previous night, it snow quite a bit. We were out playing that night. It was about - 10, and snowing like a blizzard. At 11:00pm, the game was ended on the count that my goalie equipment was frozen solid, and the mask had ice in the cage :D The next morning (5:30am) We returned to The Keg. The temp was -13.
I tried to dump a bucket of hot water to resurface it, but it froze in  a blob on the ice
The game ended at noon after the ice was no longer useable and craked.

Yeha I probably got close to 60 pounds of meat off of that halibut.   Halibut are great for eating, they taste amazing.    Brought back about 160 pounds of fish from alaska for the freezer adn family.
