That makes some good tasting stuff. I made some yesterday using a recipe that I got off the internet. Didn't come out too bad but still doesn't taste as good as that stuff from hi mountain. thanks for info. I'll have to do some research.

Had a good deer season, got a nice 8pt with the bow and a real nice 9pt with the gun[mounter].  might go for a doe with the muzzle loader

Check out the Sausage Maker. Lots of options. Great company to deal with. I've been using their products for years.
