Are there any trout still in Seward lake and anyone know what the body of water is in Worcester heading east on I 88 thanks

Not sure about trout in Seward Lake but the little lake right along the south side of 88 across from the rest area on the westbound side is Hudson Lake.  I'm guessing that's the one you're thinking of.
