UltraLite bass & Crappie

Hit a small pond today for some bass and Crappie action.  Couldn't buy a fish for the first 3 hours. Downsized the lures and Whamo!!!! it was on.......nothing huge but lots O fun!
A Bumblebee bass

Crappie were pretty hot to!

i saw that bumble bee lure, and liked it. glad i know it works!

I guess you could say I was "matching the hatch"....noticed alot of bumbleBees around the flowers of the Lily pads.........even saw one land in the water and get swallowed by something.......decided to give it a whirl!   It's designed to be a crankbait..however  I just cast it around pads and give it a little twitch..thats all it took!
