How Many Of You Own An Ugly Stick?

Alright....fess up?

I have 2. A little bait caster with a Zebco 202 for my Grandson, and I just bought a 7' medium for bank fishing. My faithful old Shakespeare Intrepid split about 18" from the tip. Granted, it was a big bullhead, but, I was sad to see it go.

 I have 2 at the time. A 6' and a 7 1/2'.
I have had a couple in the past also. Great rods for crank baits.

Yeah, what do you mean, fess up? I would proudly let anyone know I own 3 Ugly Sticks. Their Bigwater one piece rods are great and I still have to this day one of my first rods which was a 4 piece travel rod in a plastic case by Shakespeare.

My beater pole is a 7' Ugly Stick, love it cause it takes a beating and keeps on catching.  I have 5 or 6 Ugly Sticks, 1 is an ice fishing rod and the rest are for open water.  I have a couple of older ones from the 1980s that I never use any more.  I have other fishing rods I only use while fishing on the lakes, but my main pole is the 7' ugly stick.  I am going to catch some Walleye with that bad boy this weekend. :laugh:

I think  I have 9 of them from a 5' ultra lite to 8.5' salmon- steeihead .

I had one right after I got out of the ARMY  all the ceramic guides broke or fell out in a very short time....... I know a lot of guys that love them.

no ugly sticks  for me  never owned one .....guess I  figured if I wanted a cheap beater  rod the  ugly stick  cost to much and  if I wanted a  better  rod  for a few dollars more then the ugly stick I could get a  good rod ....  seems like a lot of  people  like them
